This is a beautiful setting
on Schroon Lake, within walking distance of the Village with all it's Summer
activities in the huge Town Park where there are public tennis courts, town
beach, municipal docks & an ice skating rink in Winter. There is also a golf
course on the edge of the Schroon Lake Village. The Townhouse has a lake
view in two directions from the Living/Dining Area and the Master Bedroom
with it's balcony overlooking the lake. The common charges are only
about $900 per year. There is a vast lawn area in front for recreation. The
sandy beach is also huge and there is an assigned boat slip in a protected
boat harbour for your motorboat. Everything is bright and clean and new and
carefree. The kitchen is spacious with lots of Oak cabinets and U shaped
counters and there's a propane fireplace in the living room. There is a
nice private patio right off of the dining room, and a half bath off the
kitchen. The garage is very much appreciated in the Winter time.
